Theus to interview for USC coaching job

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Former Aggie Basketball Coach Reggie Theus has an interview with USC Athletic Director Mike Garrett Thursday morning concerning the head coaching job at USC.

Theus is considered one of the frontrunners to replace Tim Floyd.

Floyd resigned the position after allegations surfaced that he allegedly gave money to a recruit through an agent.

The Trojans are looking for a coach with a "name," and someone who has a clean academic image.

Most recently, Theus coached the Sacramento Kings in the NBA.
