ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Lobo Football Coach Mike Locksley said Monday that his team will no longer be able to go downtown at night anymore.
The move comes after two Lobo football players were arrested for disorderly conduct, after a weekend incident at the Library Bar in downtown Albuquerque.
Lobo players Byron Bell and Quintell Solomon are facing three charges each.
It is Bell's second brush with the law. He faced a minor in possession of alcohol misdemeanor charge in December 2007.
However, the case was dismissed when the arresting officer failed to show up in court.
Locksley has suspended both players indefinitely.
The Lobo Coach told News 13 that he doesn't condone the action of the players, but he also said there are two sides to every story and he is still fact finding to see what actually happened.
Depending on the outcome of the information gathered, Locksley said both players could be reinstated before their July 13 court date or they could remain suspended.
