Regents take a pass on Locksley probe

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Despite pleas for an outside look the University of New Mexico Board of Regents has ruled out an independent investigation of the handling of the alleged attack by football Head Coach Mike Locksley on an assistant.
