Aggies take on Spartans in NCAA

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - New Mexico will be back in the spotlight Friday evening when New Mexico State Aggies hit the hardwood against Michigan State Spartans in Spokane, Washington.

This is the first meeting between the 12th seeded Aggies and the 5th seeded Spartans and Friday’s game will decide who will advance to the second round against either Maryland or Houston on Sunday.

NMSU are making their 18th showing in the NCAA Tournaments and it is the first since 2007.
