ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - The Lobo Men's basketball team improves to 9-2 in MWC play with a 60-50 win over Boise State on Saturday night. New Mexico trailed by as many as 4 points 15 minutes into the ballgame until Tony Snell's layup at the 11 minute mark put the lobos up 12-10 and more importantly giving UNM the lead for good. Snell scored 10 of his 12 points in the first half while Cameron Bairstow scored 9 of his 16 in the first frame giving the Lobos a 38-34 lead at halftime. New Mexico outscored Boise State 31-27 in the second half as the Lobos improve to 22-4 (MWC:9-2) this season.
