Albuquerque (KRQE) - In his first year as head football coach at the University of New Mexico, Bob Davie is bringing excitement back. The Lobos won for a 4th time this past saturday. That has Lobo fans excited about the future. The previous three years only produced three total victories. While Davie appreciates the fan excitement he continues to say there is still a lot of work to do. The Lobos have victories over Southern, New Mexico State, Texas State and Hawaii. They came from a 25 to nothing deficit against Boise State before falling by three points. It was a game the Lobos had a chance to win. The Lobos are at Air Force saturday.
