ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The Lobos were back in action at University Stadium for the first time in three weeks, as New Mexico falls just short of upsetting 24th ranked Boise St., 32-29. The Lobos dug themselves into a 25-0 hole at halftime, but New Mexico responds outscoring the Broncos 29-7 in the second half. Late in the 4th quarter the Lobos got the ball back with a chance to take the lead with 2 minutes to play, however Senior QB B.R. Holbrook's pass is tipped falling incomplete and the rest is history. With the loss, the Lobos are 2-3 on the season and will host Texas St. on October 6 (Homecoming).
