Lady Lobos fall short vs. UNLV

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - The Lobo Women's basketball team falls below .500 in MWC play after a heart breaking 58-57 loss to UNLV. The game was tied 8 times while the lead changed 14 times. New Mexico is led in scoring by Whitney Johnson's 12 point effort and 10 points by Caroline Durbin, however the Lobos scored just 2 points in the final 5 minutes of the game. With the loss, the Lobos are now 12-10 (MWC:4-5).
