Albuquerque (KRQE) - An ankle injury kept him on the shelf most of last season. University of New Mexico runningback Kasey Carrier is making up for the lost time with a very productive junior season. On a team that is 7th in the nation in rushing offense, Carrier is the horse that pulls the wagon. So far this season he has rushed for 630 yards and 8 touchdowns while leading his team to a 4 and 3 record. Carrier is 25th in the nation in rushing, averaging 105 yards per game.
