Deputies seek cold case murder suspect
Search for suspect in 19-year-old death case

AUSTIN (KXAN) - The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect in a 19-year-old death investigation.
Deputies said they think Baudelio Rogelio Medina killed his stepdaughter Jeanette Rincon, 20, on Nov. 4, 1990.
They have filed murder charges against Medina, but they have not been able to locate and arrest him.
