LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA/CNN) - Police are calling it a modern day puppy mill.

Florida authorities are charging Carolyn Bragg with neglect after discovering close to 90 dogs living in what they say were dismal conditions at her Lakewood home.

Police say 57-year-old was selling them.

But they say the pups -- mostly Pomeranians, Yorkies and Pugs -- appear to be in fair condition.
