State insurance supt. placed on leave

PRC: Female employee filed harassment suit

SANTA FE (KRQE) - The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission has put the state insurance superintendent on paid administrative leave, News 13 has learned.

The PRC placed Mo Chavez on leave Thursday morning while officials investigate a harassment complaint a female employee filed against him.

Chavez told News 13 he doesn't know why he was placed on leave, but looks forward to the truth coming out.
