SANTA FE (KRQE) – Gov. Bill Richardson finally commented publicly Tuesday about Larry Barker's expose of his political job practices.
Last week, the investigation chronicled how Richardson created high-paying appointed jobs, often for people with little or no qualifications.
Barker also exposed how the governor hired, transferred or gave pay raises to 150 of his own exempt employees after a hiring freeze that he ordered to help address the state's budget crisis.
Richardson has repeatedly refused to speak to News 13 about those issues.

Herzenberg: What specifically was biased and the reason why…
Richardson: That's all I'm going to answer, I've answered your question.
