SANTA FE (KRQE) - The state is going after a popular restaurant chain for more than $750,000 in back taxes.
The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department filed a suit in Santa Fe District Court Wednesday against Tortilla Inc., which owns and runs Garduno's.
The state has also placed a lien against the company.
