RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) - Rio Rancho's main library and aquatic center will open late on Thursday because of President Obama's visit to the City of Vision.
City officials said on Tuesday that the Loma Colorado Main Library and the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center will open to the public at noon.
Both facilities are next to Rio Rancho High School, where President Obama is scheduled to hold a town hall meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday.
