West Side zoning case may be costly

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A few horse-and-buggy rides and a court ruling could cost the city as much as $400,000 although Albuquerque City Councilor Michael Cadigan disputes that figure and insists he acted properly on behalf of his constituents.
