Bosses blocked juvie jail crackdown

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The head of a state juvenile jail now suddenly assigned to other duties expected violence and wanted to crack down on "predatory" inmates prior to a successful escape and a brawl that injured kids and staff, KRQE News 13 has learned.
