New PRC commissioner sworn in for NM

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A new member of the state Public Regulation Commission was formally sworn in Tuesday morning. Theresa Becenti-Aguilar replaces Carol Sloan.
Sloan was removed from the PRC by the state Supreme Court.
In April, Sloan was convicted of battery and burglary for attacking another woman she believe was having an affair with her husband.
