ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque senator wants residents to be able to enjoy Sunday champagne brunch starting at 10 a.m.
Republican John Ryan's bill would let licensed restaurants and bars start serving booze two hours earlier on Sundays.
He says that would boost business on football Sundays and make New Mexico more competitive with neighboring states.
