SANTA FE (KRQE) - Albuquerque voters will get to decide after all on whether to boost the minimum-wage rate within the city by $1 an hour.

Late Wednesday afternoon the New Mexico Supreme Court overturned a District Court ruling that found too many problems with the language of the ballot question.

The ruling was handed down at about 5:40 p.m.

News 13 reporter Alex Goldsmith was present for the hearing and will have more on the decision in evening newscasts.
