ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Arizona prison escapee and an accomplice accused of killing a couple in New Mexico are scheduled to change their pleas to federal charges tomorrow.
Inmate Tracy Province and Casslyn Mae Welch, who provided the outside help for the escape, had previously pleaded guilty for their roles in the July 2010 breakout from a private prison outside Kingman, Ariz.
John McCluskey, Welch's boyfriend and an inmate at the facility, was convicted in the escape in a jury trial .
All three have pleaded not guilty to federal murder charges in New Mexico after being accused of killing a vacationing Oklahoma couple, Gary and Linda Haas, and stealing their truck.
The Haases bodies were found in the burned remains of their camper trailer off Interstate 40 in Quay County.
Province was later captured in Wyoming, Welch and McCluskey in an Arizona forest campground , and a fourth inmate who joined in the escape was arrested in Colorado after a shootout with police.
