NM teen arrested for nude Facebook pic

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) - Roswell police arrested a 14-year-old Goddard High School freshman after he posted a nude picture of his girlfriend when she wouldn't have sex with him.

Police say the boy repeatedly asked his girlfriend to send him a nude photo.  The 15-year-old girl finally gave in and sent a nude picture of herself  to her classmate. 

Officers say the boy then told the girl he would post the picture on Facebook if she wouldn't have sex with him. 

When the girl refused, he posted her nude photo on the social network.  It was taken down but the boy posted it again.

That's when Roswell police got involved.  They arrested the boy and charged him with harassment, intimidation and several other charges.  Police say he's at a juvenile facility waiting to go before a judge for a criminal hearing.
