TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, New Mexico (KRQE) - When launching experiments into space and landing by parachute, the private rocket company "Up Aerospace" seeks the best chance of landing softly by testing it all out on the ground first.

The ground test finds minor electrical glitches which are quickly fixed. They test the payload's parachute from 9,000 feet up.
