CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) - An historic train engine donated to the city of Clovis is loaning some of its parts for The Lone Ranger movie.
The film has a train scene that features a model engine the same vintage as the one parked at the Clovis train museum.
The Clovis News Journal reports Disney offered to dismantle the parts, restore them, install them in the model for the shoot, then put them back in the engine in Clovis.
