ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Surveillance video taken from the Curry County Detention Center earlier this month reveals flooding and a fire set by inmates.

The Clovis News Journal reports that Clovis attorney Jennifer Burrill is considering action because she feels that some her clients and other inmates may be at risk.

County commissioners are currently reviewing the tapes.

The pod was locked down for 48 hours and no one was harmed.
