ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Thursday will not be the day that Fearless Felix will attempt his supersonic skydive over Roswell, New Mexico.
After aborting the flight Tuesday because of high winds, his team has now decided to make a second attempt Sunday or Monday.
The balloon that will take Baumgartner up to the edge of space is so delicate, it can only launch in winds of one or two miles per hour.
The first balloon was ruined Tuesday by winds before it was completely inflated.
The team does have a back up.
