Body in Pecos River is Taos man

CARLSBAD, N.M. (KRQE) - Authorities have identified a body found in the Pecos River earlier this week.
The body of Andres Romero, 42, formerly of Taos, was pulled from the Lower Tansill Dam in southeastern Carlsbad.
He was identified through fingerprints.
The Office of the Medical Investigator has yet to report on the cause of death.
