FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) - A fire completely wipes out a home sending one person to the hospital Sunday morning.
It happened about eight miles outside of Farmington, near highway 170.
As of 6 o’clock Sunday morning, firefighters were still working to put out hotspots.
The mobile home was a total loss but as bad as this looks the people who live here were able to get out.
Firefighters say one person was taken to the hospital as a precaution, because they are on oxygen.
Those oxygen tanks reportedly exploded in the house so neighbors were evacuated as a precaution too.
There's no word yet on what started the blaze.
