ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A plumbing company van crashed into the front of an Albuquerque business Monday afternoon and kept going all the way in.
Police say the man driving it lost control, hit a light pole, a parked car then veered into Lieber's Luggage on Menaul near Louisiana.
“I heard a huge crash and the fixture that I was behind got pushed by the car, so I got pushed halfway through the store. My coworker got trapped between a bunch of merchandise, that fixture and the car, but he's okay,” a Lieber’s employee, Jenny King, said.
As you can see, the front of the store will need a lot of work.
Two employees had minor cuts and bruises.
Police think the driver may have had a medical episode, but they're still investigating.
