More money approved for county courthouse

SANTA FE (KRQE) - Tonight the Santa Fe County commission approved $500,000 mostly for a parking structure at the new county courthouse , a structure that's off limits to the public.
The $63 million courthouse has already had its share of problems from a fuel spil l to a fight over how to furnish it.
Then last month the commission voted against public parking in the underground garage for security reasons despite a promise to voters in 2006.
The money approved tonight will pay for changes to the structure, including heaters on a ramp to melt snow.
