ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man who went missing after a car crash near Belen last weekend has been found dead.
The Valencia County Sheriff's Department says the body of Brandon Young was found about one mile from the scene of the accident, on highway 47 near Belen.
Officials say they found the body late Friday night, but they do not know if the death was related to the crash.
They say there were no obvious signs of trauma to Young's body.
Officials are now awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death.
Young had only been in New Mexico for 10 months, working as a traveling wind turbine technician.
