ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque police said a man who died in an early morning car crash may have been drunk.
The accident happened at Spain and Tramway around 4:00 a.m.
Police said that two Mitsubishis were involved in the crash and a man driving one car died at the scene.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and may have been under the influence of alcohol, according to police.
A woman in the other car was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident. They say a toxicology report will determine if the man was in fact drunk.
