Trick-or-treaters sell candy to dentist

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Some Albuquerque kids gave up a combined 500 pounds of their hard earned Halloween treats Sunday for cold hard cash.

Dr. Bryon Wall of Cosmetic Dentistry of New Mexico hosted his annual Halloween candy buyback Sunday.

For the last three years, Wall has offered a dollar per pound of candy.

The dentist works together with the Blue Star Mothers to collect the goodies and send them in holiday packages to troops serving overseas.
