Inmate claims ex-guard got her pregnant

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A pregnant inmate at the Bernalillo County Juvenile Detention Center says the father of her child is a now-former corrections officer.
According to the Albuquerque Journal, the woman is now suing alleging “intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence" by both the former guard and the county.
The woman is now 19-years-old and serving her sentence at a correctional facility.
