Home sales down in ABQ

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - There is some bad news for home sales in Albuquerque.
The Albuquerque Journal says homes sales were down 13 percent last month, compared to October.
This is interesting because at the same time home sales are up way across the country and are at their highest levels in two years.
About 779 homes had contracts on them last month. That's compared to 900 in October.
