HGTV dream home features local artist

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Modern Style Meets Mountain Views is the theme for this year's HGTVDream Home featuring local artist Isaac AlaridPease.

The single-story, 3,900-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, a home theater, a gourmet kitchen with a walk-through pantry, an outdoor dining area with a fireplace and grill, a three-car garage, and a separate guest casita with a playhouse for children.

Isaac's fanciful wooden "fish on wheels" are exhibited in the Kid's bedroom hanging on the wall next to the bed and displayed in front of the dresser adding a splash of color and whimsy to the room. Each hand made piece is one-of-a kind and made by the artist using locally found reclaimed wood.
