Driver sought after crash nearly splits car in half

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A crash split a Mini-Cooper nearly in half at Tennyson and San Antonio Tuesday morning.

The crash happened about 4 a.m. in the far northeast heights.

It appears the Mini-Cooper was eastbound and failed to navigate the curb.

Police at the scene have not been able to locate the driver of the vehicle.

You can see the damage is significant at last word police were searching the area for the driver.
