ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The driver of a milk truck is in serious condition at a Lubbock hospital after colliding with a train early Tuesday morning.
Curry County police say a semi-trailer driven by 27-year-old Robbie Gibbs of Clovis, was traveling east on Curry Road Seven, when it collided with a northbound train.
They say the railroad crossing was marked, but did not have crossing gates.
Gibbs was the only one in the truck.
No one from the train was injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
