ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Investigators say a camping stove is to blame for the massive house fire in southeast Albuquerque Thursday afternoon.

The blaze destroyed the house in the 2400 block of Garfield Avenue SE.

Albuquerque Fire Department investigators says the fire started accidentally after the stove on the back porch came too close to combustible materials.

The homeowner was outside when the fire broke out and was not hurt.
