ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Officials are investigating a crash involving a 15-year-old pedestrian and a school bus at Highland High School.
Police say a 15-year-old girl was rushing to a school bus when she tripped and fell. That's when a school bus ran over both her legs.
She was taken to the hospital. Her legs may be broken.
Police say the company contracted to run the buses for APS is cooperating.
No citations have been issued.
Police have not said if other students watched as this happened or how fast the bus going at the time.
