ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (KRQE) - City officials in Alamogordo are considering whether to approve a proposal that would prohibit drivers from talking or texting on their cell phones while driving.

The Alamogordo Daily News reports that city commissioners will take up the proposal Tuesday.
