RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) - The governor appointed Don Dutton to a $100,000 job as a gaming commissioner in Albuquerque, but as investigative reporter Larry Barker discovered, Dutton instead opted for a pricey office in Ruidoso while racking up $25,000 in travel expenses.
