ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The internal auditor was supposed to sniff out scandal within the Albuquerque Public Schools but instead he was accused to creating it. As KRQE News 13 investigative reporter Larry Barker found out, it seemed no one was watching the watchdog. That is until APS police began their surveillance of a porn store and a casino.
