N.M. licenses mysterious strangers

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A New Mexico law intended to keep illegal aliens from going underground has instead fed a criminal underworld as some 1,500 foreign nationals using bogus documents obtain both real driver's licenses and new identities.
