Clinic's constant calling ties up EMS

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - In the last two years an Albuquerque urgent-care center has called 911 hundreds of times leading investigative reporter Larry Barker to look into whether Health Care Partners has been dumping patients onto public services at taxpayer expense.
