ALAMO NAVAJO RESERVATION, N.M. (KRQE) - After generations of talk and promises plus millions spent on already fractured pavement investigative reporter Larry Barker found residents of the Alamo Navajo Reservation doubtful their 40-mile outlet will ever be more than sometimes impassable dirt.
