Two year investigation reveals scandal in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - "It is a national emergency..it is a national disgrace." That's what one official called the serious safety issues uncovered by KRQE NEWS 13 Investigative Reporter Larry Barker.

Barker also found proof that government bureaucrats knew, but looked the other way.
