ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Here are two great words to hear early on a Tuesday morning: Free and breakfast.
Put them together and get out of the way. All Denny's restaurants across the country will be offering a free Grand Slam breakfast from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Anybody that tuned into Sunday's Super Bowl on KRQE 13 more than likely caught the commercial with the little chickens promoting the free breakfast.
This is the second year in a row that the restaurant chain has advertised a free breakfast in Super Bowl ads. Last year it served a whopping two million meals to people across the country.
Come with an appetite but don't be too hungry. If this year is anything like last year, you can expect a line.
Denny's restaurants introduced the Grand Slam breakfast in 1977.
