ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - APD says more charges could be on the way for Judge Pat Murdoch and the woman he's accused of paying for sex who has in turn accused him of rape.

Investigators say this is still a very active case and additional charges of blackmail, voyeurism and buying and selling sex could be included in the criminal case.

Police tell News 13 the $200 sex sessions between the judge and the prostitutes started about 30 days ago.  She told police she'd been to the judge's home eight times for sex.  During one of those visits she planted the hidden video camera in Murdoch's bedroom.

Doug West, the commander in charge of APD's vice unit says Murdoch could still be hit with prostitution charges.  He also says they're looking at whether the prostitute could face misdemeanor charges of voyeurism for secretly recording the judge having sex in his home.

APD is also looking at the possibility that the prostitute may have been trying to blackmail Murdoch as well.

West says depending on the outcome of the investigation, prosecutors could add those charges later on.
