Curry County searches for TB patient

CLOVIS, N.M. (AP) - Eastern New Mexico authorities are searching for a man with contagious tuberculosis. The Department of Public Safety issued a news release Monday asking the public for helping in finding 45-year-old Robert J. Gutierrez. He was last seen in Clovis on Friday.
Gutierrez has been diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis with lung disease. Gutierrez should be presumed to be infectious and should be placed in airborne isolation.
Call 911 or the Curry County Sheriff's Department at (575) 769-2335 if you have any information about Gutierrez.
